We began the day by walking from Peters neighborhood in Pacific Heights to the park in the
Marina District. The Golden Gate is behind us shrouded in fog. |

After walking along the shore to the Market district, we waited in line for a trolley car
to Union Square. All the while enduring the noise of street musicians. Oy. |

The Trolley driver took this picture of us on the back of the car. |

Here's the driver. Alcatraz is in the distance. |

Once we arrived in Union Square, I bought an 8MB SmartMedia card for the camera. Now
we had 119 exposures! Show me love, baby! |

Larry on the escalator at Needless Markup (Neman Marcus). |

I lounge at a Union Square shoe store as Larry tries on his 9th pair. |

We take a break at the cafe in the Armani store. |

Larry mugs with our sales person at Diesel. |

We go back to the same shoe store so that Larry can buy the shoes he couldn't get out of
his mind. |

Finally, we tried to get some culture at the MOMA, but alas, it was closed. Oh,
well, the gift store was open! Look at these cool miniature designer chairs! |

Larry reflects at the Martin Luther King Jr. fountain between the MOMA and the Moscone
Center. |

I reflect. |

We reflect together. |
